Return/exchange policy

Please be sure to read our sizing recommendations listed on each item before placing your order. Customers will have 30 calendar days from confirmed carrier delivery date to initiate a return. To initiate a return, please email us at support@shoptreetoptots.com with your name, address, order number, reason for return, and any other identifying details. Treetop Tots will email you a return label for you to print and place on the original packaging. If a product is returned to us, it must contain the original packing slip/invoice. Within 15 days of receiving the item(s), Treetop Tots will issue a 100% store credit to the account or email address used to place the original order. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred when placing new orders using the store credit. Store credit may be used to purchase alternate sizes if wishing to make an exchange. Treetop Tots cannot guarantee that the size or item you are looking to exchange will be in stock. Please note that clearance and/or final sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
